Life Alignment
Life Alignment is a holistic healing system that releases a person from the past so that they can live in the present.
I started studying this modality in 2020 and it provided a powerful tool to help me through some intense times. It recognises the fact that many of our physical health conditions are caused by something much deeper than a metabolic disorder or an abnormal chemical reaction in the body.
Using various techniques like muscle testing and pendulum dowsing, I tap into the contents of the client's subconscious to identify the root cause of their problem that's been holding them back from achieving what they want in life. I find that sound therapy and Life Alignment complement each other excellently - sound helps frame the session, opening up a safe space and then helping with integration at the end.

First we will ground and come into a receptive state. I often use sound to do this, as well as specially selected herbs. Then I use muscle testing to identify the priority issue.
Next, I identify the specific body points, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs and guide you through the unfolding story, while receiving healing energy and releasing energy blocks, toxins and negative feelings.
Finally, old negative thought patterns are replaced with expanded awareness, which in turn send positive messages to your physical body. If there is time, I often close the space with sound, helping you integrate what has arisen during the session.

Sound Therapy is a beautiful complimentary modality to Life Alignment. Often sound is used at the start and end of a session to help a client enter a receptive state, and then to integrate the experience afterwards. Occasionally I will be guided to use sound of some sort during a session too.

Most sessions last between 90 and 120 minutes. It all depends on what comes up during a balance and how many priorities arise to be worked with.
The first appointment will usually be closer to 120 minutes. Please plan your day accordingly afterwards.
